About CARE Clinics
Overview
CARE Clinics was founded with the mission to help children with certain severe afflictions complete the journey to recovery. Through the use of our proven methodology, using the safest yet modern treatment approaches available, we diagnose and develop a treatment protocol matching the unique set of genetic and physiological factors that underlie each child’s condition.
The most common conditions treated by CARE Clinics are autism, ADD and ADHD.
CARE Clinics performs an initial consult with parents and then performs a number of diagnostic tests. The tests are based on collection of blood, stool and urine samples and are very safe and harmless to the child. The combined test results help us determine the most appropriate personalized treatment protocol for each child.
One of the tests that we highly recommend is a gene profile. This is based on a simple blood draw but provides invaluable information for helping to prioritize the safest most effective treatment protocol for each child. There are very consistent findings that correlate to certain underlying patterns. The most consistent findings across all of our children is the existence of some sort of immune dysfunction or stress on the immune system evidenced by heavy metal toxicity, viral infection and/or food and chemical sensitivities.
The combination and severity of these dysfunctions, combined with the genetic predisposition of the child, creates a unique set of symptoms that may not have an adequate label – autism and PDD are used frequently, but there are even more children who do not get this label but instead receive the more nebulous PDD-NOS, or worse, they get no label at all, despite evidencing behavior that would certainly benefit from treatment. Even autism is an extremely broad container used for general development and behavioral disorders. This label is very inadequate in that it contains children with dramatically different symptoms – some talk, some repeat, some are self-injurious, some are extremely docile, some eat anything, some eat nothing, some have regular bowel movements, some have never had a regular bowel movement, etc…
By understanding your child’s specific genetic profile, and quantifying the specific level of toxicity or sensitivity levels, a parent can better understand what is happening to the child, and understand how treatment is working to correct these conditions.
